[warn-news] KY and IN tornado drills -- together again for the first time!

Due to the postponement of the KY tornado drill (record flooding on the 
Kentucky River and others), it will be held Tuesday, March 16 at 1007am 
*with* the IN tornado drill.

As always, we will be looking to establish/demonstrate our network as we 
would during severe weather.  We will be monitoring 146.88- and perhaps 
others around the time of the drill, looking for checkins by 
callsign/county.  We welcome anyone from anywhere
(looking at you, Ohio) but the intent of *this* exercise is to show our 
abilities in KY and IN.
