As with the last two days, there is much concern with a high number of 
visitors in town who may be unwilling/unable to be aware of what's coming.

We have established liaison with the regional EOC for the last couple 
nets and anticipate doing this again should there be a net today, 
especially if the severe weather "target" is in or near downtown Cincinnati.
