[warn-news] Basic and Advanced Spotter Training Classes

Registrations for the basic and advanced spotter training sessions on March
23, 2013 at Bethesda North Hospital are now open.  As a reminder, this basic
spotter training class replaces the WARN course normally held on a Friday
evening so we can coordinate with the advanced class.
