Nights like tonight are why.  Tens of thousands will be outdoors in 
downtown Cincinnati at the time of frontal passage.  A couple thousand 
people may be outdoors at numerous high schools/stadiums throughout the 
region.

Please take your HT if you are at one of those places.  We'd welcome 
your ground truth info, and want you to hear what's going on around you.
