[warn-news] Cincinnati SkyWARN primary repeater update

Our host organization (Cincinnati FM Club:  http://www.cfmc.us ) is 
installing a new repeater controller on Wednesday, November 23.  The new 
controller will implement a 123 Hz full-time PL for repeater access.

Also, the repeater will be turned off between 11pm and 6am under normal 
circumstances.  WARN net control can turn it back on during those hours, 
if necessary.

Please remember to reprogram your radio for 123Hz PL encode on 146.88-. 
  Even if the techs have trouble tomorrow, it would still happen soon!
