Good Afternoon: A powerful Storm System is taking shape and aim at the
Miami Valley. This storm complex has been showing up in the computer
models in a consistent fashion for about a week. The upper air dynamics
currently projected are impressive, and consistent, and will support a
powerful Cold Front as it moves through the Midwest. Temperatures
tomorrow look to be in the 75 to low 80's F range, providing the
additional instability necessary for a complex of this nature to
initiate and maintain.

Currently the main threat appears to be Damaging Winds, Large Hail, and
Isolated Tornadoes. The Storm Prediction Center [SPC] in Norman
Oklahoma currently has all of Indiana and Ohio in a "Slight Risk" for
Severe weather. Given the dynamics projected to be in place, there is a
distinct possibility that this will be elevated to a "Moderate Risk"
tomorrow.

As with any storm system, conditions can, and sometimes do change
rapidly. This Heads-Up will be updated as conditions warrant, or
tomorrow morning, whichever occurs first...

SKYWARN, XWARN, WARN, and Emergency Management personnel located in
NW,W, SW, and Central Ohio should maintain a wary eye on this Storm
Complex as it approaches us... All addressees' should be prepared to
monitor Television, Radios, and NOAA Weather Radios to stay abreast of
any rapidly changing conditions tomorrow.
