[warn-news] SkyWARN meeting wrap-up

Every March, the SkyWARN leadership from Dayton, Cincinnati, Columbus, 
West Union, and Wilmington get together to review anything of note for 
the upcoming SkyWARN "season".

For 2007, that meeting was yesterday.  From an operational perspective, 
there is not much to report...

- KY tornado drill on 3/6, IN drills on 3/7, OH drill on 3/28.
- Enhanced Fujita scale in use, to be explained during Advanced seminar 
on 3/24.
- "warnings by polygon" (ie _____ warning for Northeast _____ County -- 
instead of the whole county), will be in use nationwide on 10/1/2007 
(Wilmington has already been doing this as part of the pilot).
