[warn-l] W8NWS on the air for the 2004 statewide tornado drills

Here is the schedule for statewide tornado drills for this year:

Indiana
Severe Weather Awareness Week is 3/14-3/20
Drills are 3/17, 2pm and again at 7:30pm.
WARN will be active on 146.88-, and Ripley Co. should be active on
146.805-.
(See "Kentucky" for other notes.)

Ohio
Severe Weather Awareness Week is 3/21-3/27
The drill is Wednesday, 3/24, at 9:50am.
WARN will be active on 146.88-, other counties may activate local nets as
well.
(See "Kentucky" for other notes.)

Kentucky
Severe Weather Awareness Month is 3/1-3/31
The drill is Tuesday, 3/9, at 10:07am.
WARN will be active on 146.88-, linked to the northern KY 440 repeater
network.
(PL 131.8 for ALL, 443.175+ in Florence, 444.175+ in Cincinnati, 444.4+ in

Withamsville, 443.475+ in Beaverlick, 443.525+ in Burlington.)  As an
exercise, 
we may link in the KY repeaters for the other drills since they provide
coverage 
in KY and OH.

Please contact N8OXA ( mtanner at cinergy.com ) for details on the KY
systems.

Please check in to any/all of the nets that correspond to these drills.
The
NWS accepts "numbers" from anywhere during any drill.

We will be looking for callsign and county (that's it) when taking
checkins. 
We'll go for about 15 minutes unless, at the end of 15 minutes, the
repeaters 
are still "busy".
