[warn-l] Spotter Course reminder

For anyone wanting to attend a severe weather spotter's training course,
there will be a class in Boone County, KY on Wednesday 2/18/2004.  This
course is for anyone wanting to get their spotter certification or needing
a
refresher.  It begins at 7:00PM at the Coop Extension Office.  For more
