[warn-l] New NOAA Weather Radio transmitters

We now have the details for the next two NOAA Weather Radio transmitters
that will go into service in Wilmington's coverage area.  They are:

City		County		Callsign	Freq.		Power(?)
Owenton         Owen, KY	KZZ48		162.45		300w
Richmond        Wayne, IN	KHB52		162.5		1kw(?)

In time, warnings for the counties that are best-covered by these
transmitters
will be moved from the existing (Cincinnati and Dayton) systems to the new
ones.
So be aware that you may have to reprogram the frequency (NOT the FIPS
codes)
on your SAME receivers.  Plenty of advance notice will be given before
this
happens.
