Amateur Radio Class, Second Session, Fall 2001-2002 Ham Radio Class,
begins
Wednesday, October 24

The second session of the DIAL RADIO CLUB's  Fall, 2001-2002, Amateur
Radio
class will focus on the requirements for the General Class operator's
license.  Meeting in Verity Lodge, on the Middletown Campus of Miami
University, classes will be offered in both radio theory and International
Morse code.

This class, concluding December 5, will be followed by an examination
opportunity on December 12.

Although there is no charge for the instructional portion of this class,
students should be prepared to purchase a license training manual and
supplies (approximately $20-25) for their personal use.

Class enrollment will be limited to forty students. For registration
and/or
additional information, please call Miami's Continuing Education office at
(513) 727-3200.
