It is "Severe Weather Awareness" time of the year again.

The state of Indiana will again be holding two tornado drills this year.
They
will be held Wednesday, March 8. One will start at or around 1:30pm EST,
the
other at or around 7:30pm EST.

WARN will hold nets at both of these times on our normal
frequency...146.88-.
Anyone from anywhere is welcome to check in. Please indicate your
callsign
and county when checking in.

***NOTE: Starting with these events, WARN will be using the resources of
a
wide-coverage UHF repeater system in northern Kentucky to help facilitate
collection of reports from the Commonwealth.

Here's the specifics:
Boone/Kenton Counties 443.175+ (PL 131.8)
Grant County 443.475+ (PL 131.8)
Owen County 444.425+ (PL 118.8)
(also, there is a Hamilton County machine on 444.175+, PL 131.8).

Thanks for your participation in these drills, and for your involvement
with
WARN in the coming "severe weather season".
